I love this place. Great staff with design capabilities. They are always willing to lend a hand. Great deals on furniture and home decor. My favorite place to shop in Sylva!
Lots of interesting (mostly gently-used) items for the home throughout the consignment store. A fun place to look around, for sure, and also an easy place to sell those things around the house you no longer need.
I have in the past bought several pieces of furniture from here, & I saw some chairs I liked. When I asked the man to get them for me he acted like he didn't move from the register or lift a finger. So, I carried my chairs out by myself. We live in the south where I have never encountered such i gentlemenly behavior in a shop. I was sad then mad but I needed those chairs & I will go to Waynesville frog district or franklin next time.

What started as an exceptional customer service experience with Terry, resulted in purchasing a sofa for myself and another for my employer. The atmosphere is wonderful and all of the staff are very knowledgeable , welcoming and helpful. My wonderful experience here resulted in me becoming a vendor at the store. The extra income is nice, but it is the friendships and sense of community that makes Sassy Frass the wonderful place it is.
