Only one cashier at the customer service at 8 am, the craziest hour (rush hour) where they had to have more than one cashier working at this area.
I got online to give a "1" rating for customer service, but that's not fair to the workers who have given me great service. My complaint: if you aren't going to answer the phone (I just want to check on an order) don't publish your phone number! And nothing says "we don't care about you or your phone call" more clearly than having a damn machine try to answer and route your calls. If a machine could do it I would have gone online.

Have what you want. Understaffed while school is in. Well staffed during the summer.
Very hit and miss. Advice has always been good, when you can get some. Some days they are crowded with no one to help, other days the staff outnumber the shoppers.
Over all a good very good experience. I shop at the Sylva store quite often. I was able to find everything on my list. The cashier was knowledgeable and quick. I had a lot of heavy material to load so an associate helped me load it and provided plastic to cover some of the items that needed to be kept dry. It was raining.
