My husband and I had a couples massage. It was so very relaxing and therapeutic. Ydo and Betsy were so sweet and professional.
Certainly worth visiting. Very relaxing. Was caught off guard a little with it being secluded at first but trust me, you won't be disappointed. If you're in Cherokee it's worth the 15-20 minutes.
Took several hours to even get someone on the phone. After several messages and phone calls finally got someone. She speaks very broken English very hard to understand. Schedules a couples massage for the following day, she said she needed to make sure it was ok with the therapists and that she would call us back that afternoon. After she called us back she informed us we were all set for 1pm the next day. Much to our surprise 45 min before our scheduled appoitment she called to let us know she had to cancel she only had one therapist (which she knew the previous day as well) complete waste of time no remorse at all just said she had to cancel and hung up I would not reccomend going here at all very poor customer service and terrible communication.
Beautiful location! The owner is wonderful and very educated in massage. Great prices! Couldn’t have been happier with the services. I highly recommend The owner, she has the healing touch. Took the knots right out without killing me. Wonderful wonderful wonderful!
Ydo was nothing short of wonderful. I called on a Friday evening for either Saturday or Sunday appointments for 2 people. She said she would call me back after checking to see if a second therapist was available. In less than 40 minutes we were booked for all the services we desired. Upon our arrival we were greeted by 2 wonderfully talented women who exceeded ALL expectations! Ydo made her own sea salt scrub divinely infused with essential oils. Lori had a hot stone massage treatment and we each had massages. Retreat indeed! Skip the tourist trap and be superbly pampered.
The cheese snack was AMAZING! We highly recommend moonlight spa.
