We attend a church service at the Quality Inn from time to time. It has a nice large (though older) meeting space which comfortably seats our entire congregation, and we've used it in the past to host larger events. We've never stayed as overnight guests, but several of our ministers have, and they've not had any complaints. Group rates are affordable, as are the meeting rates. There is plenty of parking for our group. While we don't use it, the breakfast area is nicely sized, and the lobby is comfortable. All in all, this facility meets our needs and has for several years.
Room was clean and in good repair. The mattress and bedding were both exceptional. Hotel staff was very friendly. Booking was easy online. Location is convenient to Cherokee with a great price!
It's a fine hotel a little pricey for it's quality but other hotels in the area weren't much better. Would stay again just make sure you plan you trip better then I did to get a good rate.
Mediocre hotel. Breakfast could be better. The rooms have been remodeled but the building is old and in need of repairs.
The breakfast was better than the typical pastries served at other hotels. However, the first room we checked into had maintenance problems. The sheets were stained, and the toilet paper was almost empty. The next morning, when I went downstairs for breakfast I found the bathrooms there were not stocked. The paper towels we're empty and remained that way even after I informed the front desk. This would be a decent hotel if they would simply clean up the place and perform basic maintenance. I would not stay here again.
