I've lived in sylva for over a year and they still don't know where my house in if regard to packages, it always goes to the house above mine....
The worst post office I have ever used. Packages are never delivered to your house, and worse than that is half the time package notifications are not left in the mailbox. They definitely need some major help here.

"Mr.Taps" is a rude jerk period! If I treated my customers like that I would be broke and living in the streets, He cannot answer a simple question with any politeness. He needs to work at a fast food place to understand
I can't stand this post office. They did good for awhile delivering packages they would even leave on porch and now they can't fit in car. The package I'm talking about is in a small box. It makes me so mad.
If I could give it less than a single star I would. Not sure what the cause is but the staff of the Sylva Post office are some of the saddest and angriest people I have ever dealt with. There is zero, and I mean absolutely zero, customer service. They do not want to do their jobs. I have even had the door locked in my face 2 minutes before they are supposed to close. I feel sorry for them but if you can avoid using them I would.
