Waited foever for food because they were understaffed and then got home and the order was incorrect. Pay your employees more and hire more help.
The food is almost always good. However the service varies a LOT. Seems like different staff every time we go. Consistency is key. Sometimes the staff are rude and slow, other times they are quick and friendly.
I've been in the area for many years and had wonderful service up until the 2016-2017 school year. There's a specific cashier that comes to mind when I think about the awful customer service I've been experiencing. If you go here, you better have GREAT hearing because if you ask to have your total repeated, then this cashier will speak so slow and loud as if you were incompetent. All the other employees have been fine, great actually. But with that one negative, rude employee, it makes me NEVER want to go back.
This fast food is always on point. Biscuits rock the house and food is hot. The only thing I wish they would go back to the other gravy for the gravy and biscuits. Always a very pleasant staff. Thks
