I go here everytime I get my nails done. They're so nice. And they offer a student discount. This is the best place to go in Sylva in my opinion.
Needs to work on customer waiting time, the wait time is long but it's that way at most nail salons, but other than that I absolutely love this place everyone is very nice and they do a fantastic job I will continue to go here
I am very disappointed in their "timely" service. I had called for an appointment to have my nails done. I arrived 15 minutes early, waited over an hour past my scheduled time, and had to leave because noone even acknowledged me. I signed in, and never was spoken to or called back. Very disappointed that I wasted my time and drove in from out of town to give them my service.
