I'm not a big liquor drinker, however I do enjoy a mixed drink from time to time. While small and a bit cramped the cut is an outstanding little location. The once barbershop turned bar is always full of friendly locals, the staff is friendly knows their stuff when it comes to making drinks and the late night nibbles are pretty tasty. Prices are great and the location is convenient. You can head upstairs for a real meal or across the street. And it's close to all the local brewery's like Balsam Falls, the Sneak E Squirrel, and Innovation!

This little gem is awesome! Charlie, the tender, was stellar and very informative. Atmosphere is very old school... the place is actually an old barber shop, hence the name. Great cocktails and plenty of beers to choose from. Will definitely be back
