Staff is very nice but Very unprofessional outside of that.
Dr. Slechta wasn't very nice to my Mom. He told her to lose weight & lower her BMI. Dr. Gates is very nice though.
The physicians and PAs work hard to customize your care but make sure your safety and medical experience is based on current standards. The staff is improving in communication with patients and while it may take a little patience to get your messages relayed or hear back, you have to remember they are the only practice here and see everything from 90 year olds with hip replacements to 2 year olds who broke an arm on the playground, athletic injuries and everything else in between. In light of that, they manage pretty well! I am glad to have a specialty practice in our county. Not everyone has the luxury.
I just don't understand why Doctors make appointments and they are always late. Even when you show up 30 minute early but your still sitting there 30 minutes after your appointment time.
