You can tell they hate their jobs and don't care for customer service.
They are always organized, helpful and friendly. We have been going to see them for 12 years as a family. Every doctor has been professional and helpful. They refer us to specialists when needed, and follow through well.
My family has need going to this office for 3 years. We usually get treated well and seen quickly.
My doctor is wonderful and I can tell he genuinely cares about my health. However, they need to clean house with their office staff. They hardly ever answer the phone or return my phone calls. When I am finally able to go in, they are always rude and impatient and try to get me to pay fees that aren't required. I paid many of them before I found out I didn't have to.

Run. This is simply one of the worst family practices in the area. I have called several times to try and set up an appointment and the phone is never answered. Even after leaving multiple messages my calls are never returned and I doubt I could get an appointment even on their slowest of days. Furthermore, after taking my wife in for her appointment they failed to send her prescriptions to our local pharmacist after saying they would. But, we understand things happen and people get busy. But, after calling back, again, having to leave a message because no one ever answers the phone, and leaving a message asking them to do what they said they would do, we never received a reply and were told by the pharmacy that no one had ever sent the prescription. What's the point of even prescribing medicine if you won't let your patients pick it up. This is undoubtedly the laziest and most unorganized family practice you could ever find. If you're sick, do not come here.
