I called Ray's and requested a same day delivery of a special floral arrangement to be delivered to my parents for their 50th wedding anniversary where they were staying at the Cherokee Casino Resort. I just told them how much I was looking to spend and trusted them to put something nice together for my folks. They did not disappoint! My mother expressed over and over how big and beautiful the flowers were and great they smelled up the room, even after a week later after going home, they still were looking and smelling great, she said! Thank you for the great service!
I use Rays to send flowers to my aunt, who is in a nursing home. They have always delivered a lovely arrangement and it makes my aunt very happy. She always describes the colors and kinds of flowers in a note to me. Great florist.
I live out of state and searched Google for a recommendation for a florist to send flowers to my mother for her birthday. After reading good reviews for Ray's I gave them a call. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and not helpful at all. Instead she asked questions in a condescending manner. I did not continue with my order. I am sure this is a great florist but you must remember that every time you come in contact with a customer is important even if you're having a bad day.
I went by there to pick out a boutique for my wife. It was couple days before her birthday and they were delivering them to her office, so no problem. At 9am my wife text me to tell me she was getting off at 1030am instead of working the whole day. I called them to see if there was anyway I could get them to deliver it now. They dropped what they were doing at delivered them immediately and didn't even charge me extra. Awesome
