Horrible Valentine's Day!
Best florist in Jackson County. Great prices and beautiful plants for ur garden..
Did I specifically ask for no roses? You bet I did! Was I promised a delivery by 3PM? Yes, but it was 5 and a half hours late! And remember the thing about $50 max? My total was over $58.
I had three requests for Valentine's bouquet: have an arrangement of tulips, have it delivered by 3PM and keep it at $50 or under. None of these were met. I understand that seasonally tulips are hard to find and I was told that, so I requested fresh flowers instead, with NO roses. I asked how much a nice bouquet would cost and I was told I could have something really nice for $40 plus tax and a $5 delivery charge. I asked to keep it under $50 total and she said it would be done. Simple enough, so I thought.
I have never been more unsatisfied with a florist in my life, and I have sent quite a few bouquets in my day. If you want flowers delivered and promises kept, please take your business elsewhere!
At 4PM the day of Valentine's, my fiance gets a call saying her flowers are on the way. An hour late, that's fine since there was snow that morning. 6PM, they're on their way now according to a phone call, but still no flowers. 8:30PM, finally the flowers arrive. She sends me a picture of the bouquet, and of course there are roses with the fresh flowers.
