Then at around 9:05pm he plops 5 regular style pizzas on the counter, AND ONE pan pizza.
Much better than expected. Kids loved the $6 extra cheese and pepperoni and we liked the $8 supreme. Would rate 5 stars, but too slow because of a really busy Friday lunch rush.
He repeated it back to me as I ordered it. I showed up at 8:48 and told him I was there to pick-up the pizza. I wanted to make sure they would be ready at 9, so I went early. This sent the guy into a panic. After 5 minutes he admonished me with "Its not even 9 O'clock yet!"
Little Caesar's has let me down at most every location I patronized. This most recent time I went in at 8pm and ordered 6 pizzas to pickup at 9pm.
This is a nationwide theme with Little Caesar's. All you should do at their locations is pick up whatever is sitting in the warmer. Dont ask for anything custom or different.... they will screw it up!

Staff is always rude. Also, if you take no bills bigger than a 20, you should inform people over the phone when they order or with a sign on the door, instead of telling customers to go to the business next door to get change. Ill spend my money at Speedys, Dominoes, or Pizza Hut from now on.
The food was awesome, but the service not so much. We ordered a pizza, ran to the store, and when we came back they had given it away to someone ekse, so I had to wait for another one with my kids in the car. On the plus side it was fresh and tasted Amazing. I will definitely give them another shot but I hope they step up there game soon or they might lose my business for a while.
I wad told I could wait another 10 minutes to get what I had ordered, and he would "not charge me any more". What a sport... would not charge me more to fix the order he got wrong.
Short staffed. Take to long. Mess up orders.
The few times I've gone in for a Hot n Ready, there were none made and I had to wait. That shouldn't be an issue when you advertise as Hot n READY.
