I mean the food isn't bad, not at all. But I'm currently waiting in the drive through, been here for literally 40 minutes. This is a fast food place. I come here to get food FAST. Not 40 minutes of waiting in the drive through line.
Probably the WORST Taco Bell I have ever ate at. If I could rate this lower than a one I would without a doubt. My food order has been wrong completely wrong multiple times but tonight was the worst. My boyfriend went to get us food and NOTHING was correct, we wanted sauce and got two packs of sauce... that was it. Wrong Drink, food, and TERRIBLE customer service. Whoever was working tonight definitely needs a warning and some lessons on how to treat customers. NEVER GOING TO THIS TACO BELL AGAIN.
I can not complain other than sticky floors of dinning area but as expected. Fast service is common so heads up when they call orders.
I would have given it 5 stars, but the long wait deterred that. The food was fresh and order was accurate. Pick up "Speed of Service" and your ratings would improve... I'll be back.
Foods gay they don't even try to make it good. Longest waits ever even when they're not busy. Closes way too early for a college town. Ordered a quesarito and it was quite small, ordered nachos and they were stale. I'm telling Obama.
